Serving quality, healthy vegetables has always been a priority at l'escargot bleu, and we believe that growing our own is the best way to obtain freshly-picked vegetables, salads and herbs. We could find no equivalent from wholesale suppliers. 

In a society where human beings are increasingly disconnected from Mother Nature, especially when it comes to food, our garden helps pass on knowledge to our team so they understand the ‘real food’ system, as well as educating their taste buds. Every belly at l’escargot, those of customers and staff, are filled with nutrient-dense, flavoursome, real food from our garden.
